    For those who successfully complete a certification or fast track program, Southern Utah University agrees to award the appropriate institutional certificate or continuing education unit(s) (CEU). Earned certificates and CEU will be reflected on an official university transcript.

        The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. During this course, other sections may participate in online discussions and may meet via videoconferencing (synchronous remote). To facilitate learning and instruction, the instructor of record may share class recordings in the Media Gallery of the shared Canvas course shell.

        By typing my name in the box below, I give permission to share discussions and possible class recordings in the Canvas media Gallery with the understanding that students outside of my section may view/hear your name, image, voice, and class contributions. I also understand I may withdraw this consent at any point during the semester by contacting the instructor.
